After terribly failing to do Ombre Nails using the Sponge Nail Art Technique (actually I dint try enough), I thought of doing this instead. The idea of using the silver striping tape, came to me later.
Products Used
Maybelline Color Show Nail paints in Black current Pop, Lavender Lies.
Lakme Color Crush Nail Paint ( Aubergine color). Don't know the name, the cap comes off :/
Bourjois Easy Nail Art Kit - ₹605, Consists of 1 silver striping tape, 92 stickers (bows,cats,stars,swallows), 30 stencils (triangles,stripes,stars).
The tape survives a day or a two with a top coat( I have used the Oriflame Top Coat over here) on but starts peeling after that. You can also use it on a base coat and apply a nail paint on top and take it off later.
