It took me quite some time and courage to post these pictures here, on my BLOG and talk about my Personal Experience on ACNE and how it affected me Physically and Emotionally.
I wanted to write about it since a long time and IndiBlogger gave me a perfect opportunity and platform to share my story :)
I never understood how it feels to have acne and scarred skin until last year. I was one of those lucky girls who never broke out in her teenage and I always took this for granted.
After getting married, I started experimenting with makeup and that's how a BEAUTY BLOGGER in me was born :) but my skin suffered because of this because most of the time I used to sleep with my makeup on and sometimes without removing it properly.
My skin started looking dull and tired but I totally ignored the early signs :(
It started with one breakout and soon both my cheeks was full of painful cystic acne. They would come in a group and leave scarring my face and confidence :(
This affected me emotionally more than physically. I lost my confidence and was totally heart broken. I started staying home more often. People, mostly my relatives and closed one would comment on my skin, suggest all kinds of remedies and asked me not to use too much of makeup which was even more irritating.
It took me a long time to accept my skin condition and finally I took few sincere steps that helped me a lot. Hope it helps everyone out there as well.
I am thinking of trying out the New!! Garnier Pure Active Neem Face Wash which contain real Neem Leaf and Tree Tea Oil extracts which helps to
1) Fights germs: Washes away problem causing germs.
2) Fights Pollution: deep cleans pores to remove impurities caused by pollution.
3) Removes Oil: Washes away excess oil which attracts dirt & germs.
Will let you guys know if it works for me. Do share your acne story with me and things that worked for you in the comments below.
